Job summary

Salt is hiring a hands-on GenAI Engineer for a client in Amsterdam to build scalable, production-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

The role focuses on end-to-end AI development using Python, FastAPI, React, Next.js, and TypeScript, with deployment on AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Snowflake. You will own evaluation, monitoring, and security practices while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building GenAI and Agentic AI applications.
• Experience with end-to-end AI systems using Python and modern web stacks.
• Experience deploying at scale on AWS and container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI apps at scale.
• Develop RAG solutions using vector DBs, embeddings, knowledge graphs.
• Build AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, MCP.
• Develop end-to-end apps with Python, FastAPI, React, Next.js, TypeScript.
• Work with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Snowflake, REST APIs.
• Implement AI evaluation, monitoring, observability, and security best practices.
• Leverage AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI Codex.
