Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to design, develop, and scale GenAI-powered applications and intelligent AI agents. This role involves collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams to deploy production-ready ML systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Machine Learning and Generative AI as well as the ability to develop scalable solutions. A Master's with 3+ years or a PhD with 2+ years of experience in ML/AI is required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, and/or Computer Vision.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale ML model development and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, fine-tune, and evaluate ML and Generative AI models.
• Develop scalable AI solutions using LLMs, NLP, CV, and agentic architectures.
• Analyze model performance, experimentation metrics, and data quality.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to deploy production-ready ML systems.
• Build reusable, scalable, and high-quality ML frameworks and pipelines.
