Job summary

Tetra Pak Utrecht invites newly graduates to join its 18-month Future Talent Programme starting in 2026. You’ll embark on a permanent role with an individually designed development path, including trainings, job rotations, and global exposure across the organization.

Based in Utrecht, you will travel to customer sites up to 90% of the time, gain hands-on maintenance experience, and contribute to safe, efficient production while building a strong start to your career within a truly global company.

Start your career development and become Tetra Pak’s next Future Talent! We are looking for highly motivated newly graduates to join us in 2026! Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in Utrecht, Netherlands but you will work in a global arena.

What You Will Do

Travel to customer sites to:

• Actively learn through on-the-job and classroom training to execute all duties and responsibilities to perform as a Maintenance Engineer
• Assist with preventive maintenance activities and on the-job training
• Execute customer requests and manage spare parts for customers’ equipment
• Support operators during production to ensure smooth line operation
• Participate in installation events
• Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols in accordance to OHS and
• Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team

Profile Description

We believe you have

• A high school, vocational school or technical diploma with a focus on hands-on technical work
• A growth mindset, indicating a willingness to learn and develop technical skills
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time to Customer site within Benelux and France (and occasionally other EU countries)
• Basic English communication skills (written and verbal) is preferrable
• A proactive, safety-first approach
