Job summary

Tetra Pak Utrecht invites newly graduates to join its 18-month Future Talent Programme starting in 2026. You’ll embark on a permanent role with an individually designed development path, including trainings, job rotations, and global exposure across the organization.

Based in Utrecht, you will travel to customer sites up to 90% of the time, gain hands-on maintenance experience, and contribute to safe, efficient production while building a strong start to your career within a truly global company.

Qualifications

• High school or vocational/technical diploma with hands-on technical focus.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn and develop skills.
• Ability to travel up to 90% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to learn on-the-job and through classroom training.
• Assist with preventive maintenance activities and on-the-job training.
• Manage spare parts and support production operators for smooth line operation.
• Participate in installation events and promote safety standards.
