Qualifications

• Enrolled Bachelor or Master student in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Interest in AI impact on HR processes.
• Analytical, curious, and able to translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Self-driven and able to take ownership of your work.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
