Job summary

Vanderlande invites you to an internship in Veghel focused on AI-driven HR innovation. You will join the Global HR Service Desk to study workload, recurring inquiries, and how AI can streamline first‑line support.

You’ll analyze data, interview international stakeholders, and test a practical proof of concept to influence future service delivery while ensuring privacy and security. Start date February 2027 for six months; enrollment in the Dutch education system and residency in the Netherlands

Qualifications

Enrolled in Dutch Education System and resident of The Netherlands.
Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
Proactive, structured, and comfortable interviewing international stakeholders.
Able to explain technical AI concepts in clear, user-friendly language.

Responsibilities

Map current service desk activities, recurring ticket patterns, manual steps, and bottlenecks.
Analyse ticket and process data to identify optimization opportunities.
Conduct interviews with service desk colleagues and key HR stakeholders.
Identify and prioritize AI use cases based on feasibility and value.
Explore solutions such as smart search, response drafting, ticket classification, and automation.
Develop and test a practical proof of concept or process prototype.
Present research findings and recommendations to HR Service Desk Management Team.
