Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in HR, Business Admin, or Organizational Psychology.
• Interest in the impact of AI on HR processes and people analytics.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Investigate how AI adoption reshapes the role of Local People Partners within NXP.
• Conduct literature review and collect data to support research questions.
• Analyze findings and translate insights into practical HR recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR professionals to synthesize conclusions for the internship report.
