You will perform reconciliations, monitor management and performance fees, capital calls and distributions, and contribute to investor reporting and audits. This role offers exposure to multi-currency, multi-entity environments in an international setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in fund accounting, real estate, or alternative investments.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) or controller (CMA, CFA, EMFC).
• Good understanding of fund accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Exposure to IFRS and/or local GAAP.
• Experience with fund accounting systems (Yardi, Investran, SAP) is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in multi-currency and multi-entity environments.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supports the preparation and review of fund NAV, capital accounts, and cash flow reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency across schedules and models.
• Performs reconciliations across fund systems (e.g., trial balances, investor registers, debt balances), investigates variances, and provides commentary to senior team members.
• Monitors and supports the calculation of management and performance fees, capital calls/distributions, and other investor-related transactions.
• Contributes to investor reporting deliverables and audit processes, liaising with external auditors and fund administrators.
• Assists with analytical work such as scenario modelling, fee simulations, and performance tracking.
• Gains exposure to key fund processes including debt covenant monitoring, asset-level business plan reviews, and overall fund performance analysis.
