Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Senior Client Accountant in Amsterdam to oversee fund accounting, NAV review, and regulatory reporting while ensuring strong client relationships and regulatory compliance. You will manage investor servicing and fund administration with a focus on operational excellence and accuracy.

The role requires 4–6 years of accounting experience, Dutch GAAP knowledge, and professional qualifications such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics and a professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience, fund accounting experience is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Dutch GAAP; IFRS familiarity is a plus.
• Strong client relationship management skills with a track record of delivering high-quality service.
• English communication is essential; Dutch language skills are beneficial and mentoring experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day front-office contact for designated fund clients and investors.
• Review and validate NAV, fund accounting calculations and reporting services.
• Monitor financial statements, periodic reports, and regulatory filings for timeliness and compliance.
• Manage administrative activities related to assigned funds with strong organization and collaboration.
• Identify findings and propose solutions, contributing to process improvements and efficiencies.
