Job summary

CACEIS Pension Centre in Amsterdam is seeking a Fund Accountant responsible for NAV calculations, accounting for portfolios of funds and mandates, and publication of NAVs to clients. You will process full range of fund transactions, perform reconciliations, and contribute to risk controls and regulatory reporting, while collaborating with colleagues in the Netherlands and Kuala Lumpur.

You will help transition to more automated, data-driven fund accounting processes, maintain a strong control

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Minimum 1 year relevant work experience in fund accounting or NAV calculation.
• Solid understanding of financial instruments and fund operations.
• Professional proficiency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end NAV calculations for assigned portfolios with deadlines.
• Process full range of fund transactions and ensure correct accounting.
• Perform daily reconciliations and investigate breaks autonomously.
• Support onboarding and contribute to process improvements and UAT.
• Analyze operational and financial data and escalate issues per procedures.
• Contribute to audit and regulatory reporting within internal controls.
