Job summary

ASML in the Netherlands seeks a dedicated professional to act as the functional expert for IT managed applications within Tool Management processes in Manufacturing worldwide. In an Agile team, you will coordinate process and application improvements, support end-users on the shop floor, create user documentation, deliver training, and drive both small changes and larger improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or IT.
• Experience or interest in project/change management.
• Knowledge of SAP Manufacturing modules (ECC/ME) preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities and a hands-on mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as functional expert for IT applications in Tool Management across Manufacturing.
• Coordinate process and IT improvement initiatives with key users and IT.
• Provide second-line support for end-users and coordinate non-standard changes.
• Define requirements, document processes, and deliver user training.
• Support UAT, system integration testing, and large improvement projects.
• Maintain key-user structures and facilitate regular key-user meetings.
