Job summary

ASML in the Netherlands seeks a Technical Facility Manager to own the technical area and ensure continuity of facilities and utilities in a building cluster. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain asset reliability and align service delivery with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial experience.
• Experience with suppliers and contractors management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive, predictive, corrective, and compliance maintenance with suppliers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to translate needs into service plans.
• Lead operational communications for efficient service delivery.
• Manage escalation, deviation, and recovery processes.
• Be on-call for high priority issue resolution to ensure continuity.
