Job summary

Plukon Food Group, headquartered in Wezep, is seeking a Functional Application Manager to lead and optimize business-critical applications across the poultry supply chain. You will ensure stability, usability and future readiness of systems like PoultrySoft, Plukonnect and SmartWE, acting as the bridge between users, business and IT.

In this role you will analyze issues, coordinate with vendors and IT partners, develop user guides, test releases and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

Experience managing business-critical applications across complex supply chains.
Ability to analyze user issues and coordinate with IT and vendors.
Familiarity with ERP deployments and system integrations.

Responsibilities

You manage and optimize applications such as PoultrySoft, Plukonnect, SmartWE and future ERP solutions, ensuring they support business processes effectively.
You act as the primary contact for complex functional issues, analyse root causes and work with users and software vendors to find suitable solutions.
You collaborate closely with key users, software suppliers and IT partners to implement new functionalities, system improvements and changes.
You test new releases and system updates, create test scenarios and safeguard the quality and continuity of applications.
You develop and maintain user guides, work instructions and documentation to support efficient system adoption and usage.
