Job summary

Pardus Bridge Recruitment is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst in Amsterdam to bridge business needs and IT delivery. You will translate requirements into functional solutions within insurance or pension domains and support change across processes and systems.

You will work with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, architects and other technology teams to analyse requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs, with a strong emphasis on testing support and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst or similar.
• Strong experience within Insurance and/or Pensions.
• Good understanding of insurance or pension products, processes and operations.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into functional solutions.
• Experience supporting testing / UAT.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

We are supporting a financial services client in Amsterdam looking for an experienced Functional Analyst with a background in Insurance and/or Pensions.

The role sits between business and IT, helping translate business requirements into clear functional solutions and supporting the delivery of change across insurance or pension processes and systems.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, architects and other technology teams to understand requirements, analyse processes and ensure that solutions meet business needs.

Profile

• 5+ years’ experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst or similar
• Strong experience within Insurance and/or Pensions
• Good understanding of insurance or pension products, processes and operations
• Proven experience translating business requirements into functional solutions
• Strong understanding of the business–IT interface
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping and functional specifications
• Experience supporting testing / UAT
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working across business and technology teams
