Qualifications

• Must-have Dutch Life & Pension industry knowledge.
• Fluent Dutch; comfortable working in English.
• Experience with IT implementation projects or change management.
• Solid understanding of pension products, processes, and events.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complexity.
• Creative approach to business process modelling.
• A somewhat technical mindset — able to understand and contribute to configuration.
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a distributed team.
• Regular collaboration with customers across the Netherlands.
• Work in international teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional and system specifications.
• Analyse pension products, processes, and events for correct system behaviour.
• Support Life & Pension system implementations and change initiatives.
• Participate in business process modelling and contribute to solution design.
• Work with system configuration and understand technical implications.
• Collaborate with customers, domain experts, and internal teams.
• Align across teams and locations, building international relationships.
