Oneleet is a remote-first, security-focused platform redefining cybersecurity and compliance tooling. We seek a senior full-stack engineer to own end-to-end development across Go backend and React frontend, building robust APIs, dashboards, and data-driven interfaces.

You’ll collaborate with customers and partners, implement scalable patterns, and contribute to performance and observability initiatives while shipping value quickly in a fast-growing, global team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack software development with Go and TypeScript.
• Experience building production REST or gRPC APIs.
• Proven track record of responsive, intuitive UIs with React.
• Data transformation and mapping between system formats.
• Strong async programming patterns and API optimization.
• Robust debugging across backend and frontend.
• Experience with production monitoring and observability tools.
• Excellent communication and direct customer collaboration.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with shipping value.

Responsibilities

• Build features end-to-end across backend (Go) and frontend (TypeScript/React).
• Design and implement APIs powering dashboards, workflows, and reporting.
• Build UI components that present data clearly and drive user action.
• Map complex backend data to clear, actionable interfaces.
• Implement robust error handling and fallback for upstream failures.
• Optimize end-to-end performance: caching, pagination, query design.
• Develop reusable patterns and components across platform areas.
• Work with customers and design partners to understand feature usage.
• Build monitoring and analytics to track feature usage and engagement.
• Collaborate with AppSec, backend, and design on data flows and UI.
