Job summary

Oneleet is seeking a senior Product Designer to own end‑to‑end UX for our security and compliance platform. You’ll shape information architecture, onboarding, and core workflows, working closely with PMs and engineers.

You’ll run usability studies, translate complex security data into approachable experiences, and extend our Storybook design system. Remote‑first, globally hiring, with competitive compensation and equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience in developer tools, security, or enterprise SaaS.
• Shipped at least one enterprise product end-to-end.
• Strong UX instincts with usability studies and user observation.
• Proven ability to improve learnability and time-to-first-value in complex products.
• Expert in Figma and mature component libraries.
• Systems thinker with scalable design patterns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with customers and engineers.
• Startup experience and willingness to get hands dirty.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX of the platform — information architecture, navigation, onboarding, and core workflows.
• Run usability research and customer interviews to understand workflows and improvement areas.
• Design onboarding and first-run experiences to deliver value quickly.
• Translate complex security data, findings, and remediation flows into approachable experiences.
• Develop consistent patterns across the platform — navigation, filtering, triage, and reporting.
• Extend and maintain our Storybook component library for scalable design.
• Partner with PM on scope, trade-offs, and prioritization.
• Review engineering output and collaborate closely during build to preserve design intent.
• Develop reusable patterns for new AI-powered and automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, with significant time at developer tools, security, or enterprise SaaS companies.
• Has shipped at least one enterprise product end‑to‑end and can discuss UX trade‑offs.
• Strong UX instincts — comfortable running usability studies, observing user behavior, and translating findings.
• Track record of improving learnability and time‑to‑first‑value in complex products.
• Expert in Figma, contributing to mature component libraries.
• Systems thinker who designs scalable patterns rather than isolated screens.
• Comfortable working at high velocity without sacrificing quality.
• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate directly with customers and engineers.
• Scrappy, with prior startup experience and a willingness to get hands dirty.

Bonus Experience

• Background designing for security, compliance, or other data‑dense technical domains with steep learning curves.
• Experience designing AI/ML‑powered features with probabilistic outputs.
• Front‑end coding ability (HTML/CSS, light React) for rapid prototyping.
