FeedbackFruits is hiring a full-stack engineer to help build the next version of our platform. You will own end-to-end delivery in one squad, from backend logic and database design to the server-rendered UI it connects to.

You will lead the migration of Ember features to Rails + Hotwire, and ship something better than before while keeping the codebase healthy and customers unblocked. This role emphasizes collaboration and pragmatic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering with Ruby on Rails as home stack.
• Tests with RSpec and Capybara in production code.
• User-oriented approach to feature design.
• Experience navigating legacy codebases and improving them.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and improving pipelines.
• Clear communication and constructive code reviews.
• Willingness to document decisions and trade-offs.
• Familiarity with Ember.js or migration to Hotwire; Azure or observability knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Join a squad and own full-stack delivery from backend to server-rendered UI.
• Lead Ember features migration to Rails + Hotwire with PMs/designers.
• Handle support escalations and bug fixes while shipping new features.
• Contribute to CI/CD improvements and deployment pipelines.
• Maintain performance across the stack and ensure reliability.
• Build and maintain LMS integrations using LTI and partner APIs.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
