Job summary

Ahead Health is seeking a Full-stack DTC growth marketer to own the entire funnel from first engagement to renewal. You will work directly with the founders, marketing, product, design, and medical teams, without layers, in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.

You’ll lead paid, SEO, CRM and lifecycle initiatives, instrument analytics, and apply AI to accelerate research, copy, and analysis while ensuring clinical rigor and privacy in all communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth or growth marketing, with at least 2 years at a DTC, subscription, or consumer-product brand where you owned a number
• A true full-funnel operator - comfortable moving between paid, SEO, CRM/lifecycle, and conversion in a single week, and doing the hands-on work yourself
• You've (AI) coded things before: event tracking, automations
• Data-driven by default: fluent in analytics and attribution, can build your own dashboards, and lets the numbers settle the argument
• Demonstrably fast: ships experiments in days, not weeks, and iterates on what the data says
• Uses AI tools to move faster and do more - research, copy, analysis - without losing judgment.
• Fluent in English; comfortable working across our DACH-first markets

Responsibilities

• End-to-end funnel ownership: Drive the full growth lifecycle, including acquisition, conversion, CRM, and retention.
• Performance & lifecycle: Scale high-impact acquisition assets and build robust lifecycle strategies (onboarding, activation, retention, win-back) to maximise member lifetime value
• Experimentation & optimisation: Systematically identify and fix funnel leaks, eliminating ineffective approaches and scaling successful ones
• Technical execution: Build and maintain an analytics stack. Utilise event tracking, SQL, and automation tools to ensure data accuracy and clear attribution without reliance on external support
• Strategy & AI integration: Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, copy, operations, and analysis while maintaining high standards for rigor and clinical accuracy
