Job summary

Lipton Teas & Infusions in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our People & Organisation team. You will handle onboarding, payroll support, policy management, and day-to-day employee queries, ensuring the employee lifecycle runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in an HR Generalist/Operations role.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Experience supporting payroll and employee administration.
• Experience managing onboarding and offboarding.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• High levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and other employee documentation.
• Support monthly payroll processes and coordinate employee data changes.
• Conduct exit interviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate absence and sick leave administration.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
• Support the review and maintenance of HR policies, processes, and documentation.
• Own and maintain the People Hub, ensuring content remains accurate and up to date.
• Manage relationships with external HR vendors and coordinate related administration.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, benefits administration, and wider HR projects.
• Assist with Talent Acquisition and recruitment activities when required.
