Job summary

Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre seeks a Front Office trainee to welcome guests and handle check-ins at our busy reception, with morning and afternoon shifts and a 15‑minute handover.

You should be an MBO/HBO student for 20+ weeks, have Opera IT knowledge, and fluent English (Dutch a plus). We offer a €750 trainee allowance, a 38‑hour week, shift allowances, and clear growth opportunities within Mövenpick.

Qualifications

• Preferably knowledge of the Opera IT system.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Dutch language as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests.
• Be the face of the hotel and the first/last contact for guests.
• Handle guest questions and information with empathy.
