Job summary

Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam is seeking a receptionist who welcomes guests, handles check-in/out, and serves as the front-facing contact for the hotel, including guiding guests to the meeting spaces and assisting with special requests.

The role includes morning and afternoon shifts starting 06:45 and 14:45, with a 15-minute handover; the night shift is outsourced. You will work with an attentive team in a four-star hotel overlooking the IJ river, delivering the Mövenpick experience.

Qualifications

• preferably knowledge of the Opera IT system
• fluent written and spoken knowledge of the English language, and preferably the Dutch language as well

Responsibilities

• responsible for checking in and out guests
• the point of contact for all questions in the hotel, from a to z
• the face of our hotel
