Job summary

Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam is seeking a Food & Beverage trainee to support our restaurant, lobby & lounge bar, and in-room dining. You’ll work with an international team, welcome guests, explain drinks and dishes, take orders, and assist with breakfast, bar, and room service.

Qualifications

• Student in hotel school or tourism education (HBO or MBO level).
• Good service mindset and willingness to learn in a busy hotel environment.
• Genuine interest in local products and guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at our outlets and make them feel at home.
• Provide correct information about drinks and dishes and serve them properly.
• Make drinks and take orders, engaging guests about Amsterdam.
• Support bar, restaurant and room service as needed.
• Prepare restaurant for service and keep areas tidy.
