Job summary

Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht is offering a Front Office internship in a vibrant city center location. You will learn the ins and outs of the Front Office department, connect with guests, and support daily tasks to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in hospitality or tourism studies, able to work five months or longer, and legally allowed to work in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality or tourism-related study program.
• Available for five months or longer.
• Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands (EU/EEA passport or enrolled in a Dutch Institution).
• We do not assist with visa/permit applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist front office tasks and daily operations.
• Maximize guest satisfaction and support scheduling to meet goals.
• Identify VIPs and special requests to enhance stays.
• Provide personalized concierge services to ensure memorable experiences.
