Job summary

Minor Hotels in Noordwijkerhout, NL invites a dedicated Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team and uphold our guest‑centric service standards. You will drive hospitality excellence, oversee guest relations and concierge duties, and contribute to the hotel’s leadership team.

Fluency in English is required, Dutch is a plus, and you should be comfortable coaching staff to go the extra mile for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience as Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager.
• Strong guest service orientation with a hospitality mindset.
• Ability to manage a team and drive service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Front Office team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Act as main point of contact for guest-related matters, concierge duties and admin tasks.
• Monitor quality standards and upselling results; participate in hotel management decisions.

Your Role at a Glance

As Front Office Manager, you are the natural host who brings Tivoli’s timeless elegance and genuine hospitality to life. With your charismatic presence, you inspire your team to create unforgettable moments reflecting the spirit of Live in the Moment. You lead the Front Office team where perfect service is your starting point. You are also the point of contact for guest-related matters, concierge duties, and all administrative matters. You are the driving force in stimulating, motivating. and coaching the Front Office Team. You monitor the Quality Standards and Upselling results, and you are part of the Management Team of the hotel.

You are a ‘Natural Host’ and have some years’ experience as (Assistant) Front Office Manager;

You are an energetic person, you are a coach to your team and you are able to motivate them to go the extra mile for the guests;

Together with your team, you will make sure every guest has a fantastic stay in our hotel;

You have a good command of the English language; Dutch is an advantage.

You know your way with figures.

You have an open personality, have an eye for detail and you do not back away for a challenge (or two).
