Job summary

We seek a Front Office Manager who leads with heart, sets the tone on arrival and departure, and guides a skilled team to deliver memorable guest experiences in a design-led setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar leadership role within Front Office operations.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS and Marriott systems is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to lead by example.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, team development, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Front Office team with a focus on guest satisfaction and team growth
• Ensure smooth and guest-focused check-in and check-out processes
• Drive improvements in guest feedback and online reputation
• Oversee scheduling and staffing aligned with business needs
• Analyse, adjust and optimise operational processes and service flows
• Manage guest complaints with empathy and ownership
• Monitor and control departmental budgets and cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and operational guidelines
