art'otel Amsterdam is offering a Front Office Internship starting September 2026 for a minimum of five months. You will gain hands-on experience in all Front Office operations, working in a dynamic international environment while developing professional hospitality skills.

The role involves assisting with check-ins/check-outs, guest requests, and coordinating with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in hospitality or related study programme.
• Strong English communication (spoken & written).
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop.
• Guest-focused mindset with a positive and professional approach.
• Enjoys teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with check-ins and check-outs across guest interactions.
• Handle guest requests across phone, written and face-to-face communication.
• Support reservations and Front Office administrative tasks.
• Deliver personalized guest experiences and memorable moments.
• Maintain a professional Front Office environment aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Learn and apply hotel procedures, standards, and systems.
