art’otel Amsterdam is seeking a Front Office Host(ess) to welcome guests with warmth and professionalism. You will be the first and last point of contact, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out and helping to create memorable stays.

Excellent English and a genuine hospitality mindset are essential, and prior front office experience is a plus. Opportunities for growth exist within the PPHE Hotel Group across Europe.

• Have excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect with others
• Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
• Will be responsible for a smooth check in and check out process as well as taking ownership in making the guests’ stay memorable
• Possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills
