Corendon Amsterdam New West, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, is seeking a Front Office Associate to greet guests and manage the front desk. You are the first point of contact, handling check-ins/outs, questions, and creating a warm guest experience.

The role is based in Amsterdam Nieuw West, offering 263 rooms, Mondi restaurant, spa facilities, and a dynamic, international team. English fluency and prior front office experience are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Experience in a similar position is mandatory.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Answer questions and provide local information to guests.
• Process reservations and answer phone calls.
• Maintain lobby and reception area and support admin tasks.
