Job summary

The Amstel Hotel in Amsterdam is seeking a guest relations professional to welcome guests and ensure memorable luxury experiences. You will follow hotel standards, assist with room assignments, and respond to inquiries with courtesy and discretion.

You'll join a team that values initiative, creativity, and strong English communication, with Dutch language beneficial. The role includes night shifts and access to staff benefits and employee discounts.

• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities.

• Ensures that all guests receive a warm welcome and courteous welcome upon check-in and check-out
• Ensures the guests are assigned to the type of room requested in accordance with the room rate
• Creates memorable luxury experiences for our guests.
• Works according to the hotel standards and according to schedule, inclusive of night shifts
• Attends to guest enquiries, request or complaints in an efficient and courteous manner, referring to management whenever necessary
• Provides accurate information to guest enquiries related to hotel facilities
