Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Amsterdam is seeking a Workplace Ambassador to manage the front-of-house experience and support meeting and event services. You will greet visitors, handle sign-in, deliveries and enquiries, and liaise with security and janitorial teams to ensure a smooth, welcoming environment.

The role requires a customer-focused attitude with strong presentation standards and the ability to adapt to various settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house or guest services.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy front-of-house setting.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of the internal and external visitor experience to ensure a positive, memorable encounter.
• Delivery of core front-of-house services such as sign-in, badging, luggage, lost and found and deliveries.
• Receive, direct and relay telephone, email and other queries via front of house.
• Greet, assist and direct candidates, visitors and the general public appropriately.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and usability across front-of-house and meeting spaces.
