Job summary

Hotelprofessionals - Cove Centrum The Hague is seeking a Front of House Assistant to be the heart of our guest experience. You'll greet guests, manage late check-ins, and help ensure a smooth stay with warmth, energy, and a can-do attitude.

In this night-shift role you will collaborate across departments, share local tips, maintain a safe, guest-ready environment, and contribute to the brand's distinctive hospitality during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of PMS/POS systems preferred.
• Experience handling guest requests, reservations, and operational tasks.

THE WORK IN YOUR HANDS

• Welcome every guest with genuine warmth, personality, and professionalism throughout the night.

YOUR PROVEN TRACK

• Previous experience in a hotel, guest services, reception, or hospitality environment.

• Knowledge of hotel systems, including PMS and POS platforms.

• Experience handling guest requests, reservations, and operational tasks with confidence.

• Food & Beverage experience is advantageous.
