Job summary

Wilde Amsterdam is seeking a Guest Services Host to join our vibrant team from mid-September 2026, in our busy aparthotel environment. You’ll work across reception, restaurant, terrace and bar, delivering warm hospitality and seamless guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Full training will be provided; experience is helpful but not required. The role is part-time with flexible patterns, and there are benefits such as staff rates, education support, volunteer days, and an employee

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is helpful, but full training will be provided.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences.
• Positive, energetic and hands-on approach to work.
• Willingness to learn new skills, including front desk systems and coffee service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at reception and support them across areas including restaurant and terrace.
• Serve food and drinks, prepare coffees, and assist in the bar to create a warm Wilde experience.
• Move flexibly between reception, restaurant, terrace and bar operations with a proactive mindset.
• Create an engaging, welcoming atmosphere and provide personalized guest service.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, efficient, and inviting public space.

We are on the search for our next Guest Services Host at Wilde to work across our public areas, lobby, reception and F&B spaces. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role where every day brings something different. From welcoming guests and supporting them at reception, to serving food and drinks in our restaurant and terrace, preparing coffees and supporting the bar, you’ll be at the heart of the Wilde experience.

You don’t need to be an expert in everything - we’ll provide full training - but you should be curious, energetic and genuinely passionate about looking after people.
