Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking an Intern to support a seasonal project in the Robinson Fresh division in Rotterdam.

This hands-on internship focuses on assisting with the sale of Brazilian fresh produce and other products, exposing you to the fresh produce supply chain, agriculture, and international trade. You will begin on-site to support onboarding, training, and daily tasks, then move to a hybrid setup with about three days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Driven and motivated with admin tasks and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation received from customers.
• Check pesticide information and quantities.
• Review social accreditations and compliance documents.
• Assess whether lots meet retailer requirements.
• Determine if products can be sold to retailers based on docs and standards.
• Follow up with farmers or suppliers on incomplete or incorrect docs.
• Support daily operational and administrative activities in Rotterdam.
