You will guide onboarding, explain API integration best practices, and troubleshoot implementation challenges in collaboration with Customer Success teams.

- Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles.
- Knowledge of REST-based web services and APIs.
- Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive troubleshooting.
- Ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Guide e-commerce customers through the integration process.
- Provide technical guidance on REST APIs and integration best practices.
- Troubleshoot integration issues with customers and Success teams.
- Configure product catalogs, facets, and searchable attributes.
- Document interactions and improve onboarding materials.
