Job summary

elho group | B Corp is seeking an Account Service Manager for Team France to ensure smooth handling of customer requests, orders, pricing, and sales support. You will work closely with customers, sales managers and colleagues to provide excellent service and drive efficient processes.

You will be responsible for quotations, orders, product information and sales promotions, while maintaining strong relationships and timely communication in an international environment.

Qualifications

• HBO level education in a relevant field.
• Strong administrative skills with advanced Excel.
• Minimum 2 years international customer service or sales support experience.
• Fluent French and English, native-level French preferred.
• Available to work 32-40 hours per week.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep Team France workload running smoothly in collaboration with Accounts Service Representatives.
• Manage quotations, orders, product assortments and price lists.
• Support French Sales Managers by preparing customer-specific activities and sales promotions.
• Participate in regular sales meetings and collaborate with colleagues.
• Spot opportunities to improve processes and turn ideas into action.
• Ensure customers receive accurate information and ongoing support.
