You will dub and adapt 30-40 minute stories for Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube ads, test variations, and use data to improve CPI, retention, completion rate, and CTR. Collaboration with marketing and creative teams is essential to align with campaign goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English; German a plus.
• 4+ years of professional copywriting/content creation with a focus on performance marketing or social ads.
• Proven track record of high-converting ad creatives.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven optimization experience.
• Deep understanding of the Dutch audience, culture, and media consumption.

Responsibilities

• Dubbing and adapting 30–40 minute story scripts for Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube ads.
• Developing diverse thematic approaches to create attention-grabbing, high-retention scripts.
• Dubbing multiple assets to appeal to the local market.
• Identifying engaging story elements and translating them into high-converting scripts.
• Running A/B tests to optimize creative variations and KPIs (CPI, retention, completion rate, CTR).
• Collaborating with marketing and creative teams to align content with campaign goals.
• Tailoring tone and messaging for the Dutch market and monitoring platform trends.
