Flatpay is one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintech companies and we’ve recently launched in the Netherlands. The Creative Performance Specialist will join our creative team in Amsterdam to produce engaging, high-performing digital ads across multiple European markets with a focus on the Netherlands, combining creativity, experimentation and performance insights to support Flatpay’s growth.

Responsibilities include producing video ads, shooting and editing content with CapCut and Premiere Pro,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience producing creative assets for social media advertising.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Proven ability to create video, motion graphics and static ads.
• Strong understanding of digital media and online advertising.

Responsibilities

• Produce scroll-stopping video ads for Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital marketing channels.
• Shoot and edit native video content using CapCut and Premiere Pro.
• Create motion graphics and animated video content using After Effects.
• Design engaging static ads, banners and other visual assets using Photoshop and Figma.
• Direct colleagues on camera to create authentic, engaging content.
• Research competitor advertising and collaborate with the creative team and agency partner to develop new ideas.
• Review creative performance data to identify what works, test new approaches and continuously improve results.

Background & Requirements
