Adfluent B.V. is a remote-first startup focusing on DTC brands and growth through performance creative on Meta and TikTok. The Creative Strategist will lead end-to-end output, manage workflows, and collaborate with channel managers to hit new customer acquisition targets.

You’ll script for UGC creators, brief internal design teams, and craft weekly reports with the Head of Creative to steer strategy. Dutch and English fluency required.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in Dutch and English; Dutch is required.
• Proven track record of growth in KPIs across DTC e-commerce paid media with quality creative output.
• Deep knowledge of performance creative on Meta and TikTok.
• Ability to translate product/brand strategy and data into creative output.

Aufgaben

• Oversee our performance creative strategy and execution, delivering net-new concepts and iterative output across channels and formats (statics, UGC, high-production).
• Manage our creative process including meetings, reporting and resource allocation to achieve KPIs.
• Use customer research alongside brand and product strategy to deliver high-performing native net-new creative concepts hitting CAC targets.
• Take channel reports and data-driven insights to create iterative concepts to drive scale and efficiency.
• Lead a process that delivers high-quality net-new concepts across Meta & TikTok to unlock incremental growth.
• Be part of building out our internal creative division.
• Write clear scripts for UGC creators, briefs for designers/editors, and ad copy to support output.
• Format weekly reports and work with HoC to execute a strategy meeting new customer targets.
