STXR is seeking a generalist product founder who will define a product and build it end-to-end, using your engineering skills and AI tools. You’ll own the product from problem to launch and ongoing improvement, collaborating directly with the founders and users.

The role focuses on internal tools and operational workflows that support our public platform, with location flexibility between Amsterdam and Paris as a freelance engagement.

Qualifications

• Independently take software products from an initial idea to use by real people.
• Strong product judgment: turn ambiguous requests into a clear problem and decide what to build.
• Practical engineering across the full stack: frontend, backend, database and integrations.
• Experience using AI coding tools to deliver working software.
• Good UX instincts to make complex workflows understandable.
• Ability to learn quickly across unfamiliar business areas and progress without detailed spec.
• Clear communication with technical and nontechnical colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Understand teams’ work and identify problems worth solving.
• Define the product: users, purpose, core workflows and success measures.
• Design interfaces and practical technical solutions; choose architecture and data model.
• Build the complete product yourself, including frontend, backend, database and integrations; use AI tools.
• Own testing, deployment, access permissions and reliability; document how the product works.
• Put the product into everyday use; gather feedback and improve as needs evolve.
