edenity is building a single international product platform for its multi-brand lease financing business. We are hiring a senior product designer who thinks in systems and will do hands-on design to unify complex leasing, employer and dealer flows across markets.
You will establish the design standard, work with engineers and product managers, align with country teams, and help lay the foundations for a scalable design function as the platform grows.
Our client runs one of Europe’s largest company bike leasing businesses. Employers offer their people a lease bike, most of them electric, as part of their benefits package, and the client handles the leasing, the dealer network and the service. More than 600,000 employees at around 65,000 companies ride through the programme, supported by 8,000 partner dealers.
The business is part of a Dutch family-owned mobility group, and one of Europe’s largest automotive financial services groups holds a significant minority stake. It operates across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France and Switzerland, and is growing across Europe and the USA.
The company is bringing its regional platforms together onto one international platform that will serve every brand and market, including markets it hasn’t entered yet. Budget is approved and the engineering teams are being built now. This is the first product designer embedded in the international product team, reporting to the leader of that team. You’ll work in a small cross-functional team of product managers, engineers and business leads. Together you’ll take each part of the platform from how it works in each country today to one simpler standard, with country teams feeding in along the way. What you design becomes the standard that future teams build on.
This suits a senior designer who thinks in systems and still does the work themselves. If your strength is visual polish, or you’d rather lead a design team than design, this isn’t the role. The next year will be fast and demanding, and there’s no existing design function or playbook to inherit yet.
