Reversed Digital B.V. is hiring a Fullstack Engineer to help build ambitious digital products for startups and established companies. You’ll work directly with founders and clients, solving real product and technical challenges in a fast-moving, design-driven team.

Reversed builds digital products that help companies grow, from new ventures to established businesses. Alongside the work we do for companies, we also partner with ambitious founders who want to bring products to market fast. In those cases, we act as a product team, helping founders go from idea to launch without the overhead of building a product team from scratch.

We're looking for a Fullstack Engineer who wants to help build ambitious digital products that actually make it to market, for both startups and established companies.

Our work is typically from 0 to 1, meaning you'll be solving real product and technical challenges long before things are clearly mapped out. This is not a role where requirements are handed to you in perfectly written tickets. We need someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and isn't afraid of the unknowns.

You'll work directly with founders and clients, so strong communication and a sense of responsibility matter. We're looking for someone who thinks critically about product direction, keeps learning, and has a strong eye for design and user experience.

The best products come from great collaboration between engineering, business, and design. That's why we want a true team player, someone who challenges ideas, gives honest feedback, and enjoys building better things together.

Our stack includes React, React Native, Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, tRPC, Shadcn, Bun, and Cypress. We like modern tools, but we adopt technology because it improves how we build, not because it's trending.

And we are investing heavily in agentic workflows and AI integrations. Not to eliminate the human factor, but to enhance our productivity and improve our quality.

You are an engineer who

• is eager and fully committed
• works independently
• can effectively communicate with clients and takes responsibility for their projects
• leverages AI coding tools to ship faster and build smarter workflowswants to grow with Reversed
• has experience with Node, GraphQL and/or tRPC backend development
• is skilled in React (Native), Typescript, HTML and responsive development
• has a passion for implementing smooth user interfaces
• can give and receive feedback well (we value honesty)

What we offer

We offer a gross salary between €5.000 and €6.500, 25 vacation days, and a €1.500 annual training budget.

You get a lot of flexibility in where and when you work. We operate in a hybrid setup, with at least 2 days a week in our office near Utrecht Centraal. We genuinely enjoy spending time together, and that shows in how we work.
