Job summary

ASICS EMEA, located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorf, seeks a freelance interim project and operations coordinator to support multiple DTC and omnichannel workstreams through the rest of 2026.

You will work across eCommerce and Retail, coordinating events, payment rollouts, SAP coordination, and stakeholder meetings with minimal onboarding. You must be able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced global sports brand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management or operational coordination within retail or eCommerce.
• Able to work independently with fast delivery in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience coordinating event-based or retail activation projects (marathon booths, sponsorship activations, or similar).
• Familiar with testing cycles for digital products; supports business users in UAT.

Responsibilities

• DTC Project & Operational Support across eCommerce and Retail workstreams.
• Event & Retail Activation Coordination for marathon events; manage logistics and stakeholder alignment.
• Payment Rollout & Regional Expansion testing; coordinate UAT with stakeholders across multiple teams.
• SAP Key-User Community Coordination; ensure alignment between business users and project teams.
• Stakeholder Meeting & Review Support; prepare materials and updates for meetings.
