IFF in Hilversum, Netherlands, is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive delivery of fragrance projects from the Creative Center. You will coordinate planning, resources, and communication across sales, creative and logistics teams, ensuring on-time completion and accurate reporting in PUMA.

Ideal candidates are highly organized with strong English, comfortable with fast-paced environments, and proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive delivery of fragrance projects from briefing to completion across Creative Center.
• Coordinate planning, resources and communication with sales and Creative teams.
• Ensure timely delivery and accurate reporting in the project management system (PUMA).
• Facilitate customer visits and meetings, distribute minutes.
