International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support fragrance development initiatives at our Hilversum Creative Center.

This fixed-term, full-time role focuses on coordinating project milestones, briefs, and cross-functional communication to deliver scent solutions for leading brands. You'll report to the Fragrance Development Support Team Lead and collaborate with sales, creative, and operations teams.

Formación

• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities.
• Interest in fragrance development and customer-focused delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project timelines, briefs and cross-functional communications.
• Support sales and Creative teams with planning and administration.
• Manage project updates and documentation in the project system.
• Facilitate meetings and minutes with stakeholders.
• Monitor resources and costs to ensure on-time delivery.
