Job summary

IFF Netherlands is seeking a Marketing Intern to join the Fragrances Big Home EAME team in Hilversum. You will translate consumer insights and market trends into impactful marketing activities, support operations, and assist with strategic initiatives to drive business growth.

You’ll work closely with Marketing Managers and Analysts, helping to shape campaigns, mood boards, and compelling storytelling across Home Care and Fabric Care categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong marketing, storytelling, and creative skills, with PowerPoint capabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Customer‑focused and results‑driven mindset with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day marketing operations and product library management.
• Contribute to cross‑category market reviews with Marketing Analysts and monitor launches.
• Help develop trend insights and presentations across categories.
• Assist in creating customer presentations and identify market opportunities for growth.
• Contribute to the new product development process with innovative concepts and formats.
• Use market intelligence platforms (Mintel, Euromonitor) and AI tools for content.
