Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheet, PowerPoint/Google-slide.
• A critical mindset and a strong desire to aid in data-driven decision making.
• Affinity with technology, especially AI and business intelligence tooling.
• Proactive attitude, team player and self-starter; able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with day-to-day financial reporting and accounting operations.
• Supporting the month-end close process with timely, accurate reporting.
• Collaborating with Corporate accounting, Tax, Financial reporting, FP&A, Business Controlling to analyze data.
• Contributing to ad-hoc analyses and projects on reconciliations and process improvements.
• Participating in accounting transformation projects and automation initiatives.
