Job summary

Booking.com is seeking an entrepreneurial Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team in Amsterdam. You will support forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting for Pricing and Monetisation within the Accommodations BU, providing analytics to guide strategic decisions and partnering with senior stakeholders.

You will work on planning cycles, revenue and cost metrics, and ad-hoc analyses while developing your career within a fast-paced, data-driven environment that embraces AI-enabled automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar FP&A/financial analyst role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to connect data sources.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to different audiences.
• Self-driven mentality and proactive problem solving.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with SQL and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with generative AI and AI-enabled automation (e.g., Claude Code).
• Ability to influence senior partners and work across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Support forecasting, variance analysis and reporting for initiatives within Pricing and Monetisation in Accommodations BU.
• Contribute to robust, scalable reporting of key metrics.
• Provide analytics to support FP&A decision making with stakeholders.
• Support planning and forecasting for financial and operational KPIs.
• Assist in reporting versus budget and forecast; perform ad-hoc analyses.
