Job summary

Equinix is seeking an FP&A Analyst II to join its Amsterdam finance team, focusing on bookings, revenue and capacity to shape forecasts and partner with business teams.

You will run monthly and quarterly reporting, perform ad hoc analyses, and support operating targets while leveraging Excel, Power BI and AI-driven insights to drive financial decisions in a fast-paced, global data-centre company.

Qualifications

• Confident with Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Keen to apply AI and automation to financial analysis and reporting.
• Relevant finance experience, ideally within FP&A.
• Commercially curious – digs into what drives the numbers and willing to question assumptions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset.
• Explains complex analysis in clear, simple business terms.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Comfortable juggling several tasks and shifting priorities.
