Job summary

Booking.com is seeking an entrepreneurial Financial Analyst for the FP&A team in Amsterdam. You will forecast, analyze, and report on revenues, expenses, and KPIs for Pricing and Monetisation initiatives within the Accommodations BU, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive informed decisions.

You will bridge data insights with business needs, contribute to planning cycles, and support ad-hoc analyses. Growth opportunities and evolving responsibilities are expected as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with SQL and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with generative AI and AI-enabled automation.
• Ability to influence senior partners and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and data source reconciliation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, variance analysis and reporting of financial performance for initiatives within Pricing and Monetisation.
• Support planning, forecasting cycles and KPI reporting for the Accommodations BU.
• Develop robust, scalable reporting of key metrics for the business unit.
• Provide analytical support and advise senior stakeholders in decision making.
• Improve and optimize reporting to fit evolving requests from senior management.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses, scenarios and benchmarking as needed.
